Responsibilities

• Deliver complex, customized solutions for clients
• Manage client relationships and business development
• Conduct job analysis and work measurement projects
• Identify and recommend actions to close pay gaps
• Support the development of salary ranges and compensation principles
• Champion fair compensation practices
• Drive compliance with global legislation
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals

Requirements

• Experience in leading complex total reward programmes
• BA/MSc Degree in Business Admin, Business Engineering, Law, Mathematics or similar
• Experience in consulting or professional service in Work & Career Architecture
• Knowledge of job grading design
• Competent use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel

Skills & Tools

Additional Information

Fluency in Dutch and excellent communication skills in English are required. Experience with Works Council or Union exposure is ideal.
