Responsibilities

• Provide engagement execution support to the client and the team.
• Manage the various stages of the search process to ensure high-quality execution.
• Lead the identification, qualification, and communication with candidates during the search engagement.
• Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information in the company’s systems.
• Inform the engagement team of potential business development opportunities identified during the search process.

Requirements

• The successful candidate will have three to seven years of professional experience.
• Exposure to one or more industries is ideal.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required; an MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and listening, are necessary.
• The ability to manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently is essential.
