Responsibilities
- Develop position specifications and search strategies with Consultants
- Conduct industry-specific research and map the executive talent landscape
- Contact prospective candidates and conduct in-depth interviews
- Write candidate assessments and present candidates to clients
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the search process
Requirements
- 4-6 years professional experience or a minimum of 3+ years of transferable recruiting experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Experience in Executive Search, Contingent Search, or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
