Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
  • Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings
  • Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
  • Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence in the finance and accounting community

Requirements

  • Business-related degree, ideally in finance or accounting
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting/finance or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
