Responsibilities
- Engage with search teams in a project manager capacity to ensure a seamless process across all levels of the organization.
- Build relationships with clients and candidates by guiding them expertly through the search process.
- Collaborate with peers to improve office processes, gain efficiencies, enhance service delivery, and garner new skills and knowledge.
- Create client-facing presentations and reports that reflect innovative ways of communicating our story.
- Assist Research Associates in organizational research and competitive benchmarking.
- Manage complex calendaring, travel, and documentation for search engagements in support of Recruiters, Business Developers, and external clients.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in a service-based business, preferably within a search firm or consulting environment.
- Open to recent college graduates.
