Responsibilities

• Source candidates that match client profiles through multi-channel strategies
• Build talent pools for current and future engagements
• Provide timely and professional client management
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and strategy
• Conduct meetings with clients to optimize the recruitment process
• Implement recruitment according to agreed processes
• Build relationships with candidates
• Effectively communicate position opportunities and client value propositions
• Drive direct sourcing

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting within the engineering field
• Client management experience throughout the recruitment process
• Proficiency in ATS
• Experience managing complex recruitment situations
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
