Responsibilities

• Source candidates using multiple channels
• Screen candidates for open positions
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to share progress
• Identify and suggest improvements in the hiring process
• Create candidate summaries detailing skills, experience, and evaluations
• Promote direct sourcing
• Explain the appeal of positions and client value propositions to candidates
• Input data into ATS and manage operations and coordination tasks

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing and screening within the Tech/IT industry
• Communication experience with stakeholders such as Recruiters and Hiring Managers
• Business-level Japanese and intermediate-level English proficiency
