Responsibilities

• Create and execute extensive and detailed sourcing strategies and research frameworks for all relevant assignments.
• Generate comprehensive lists of target companies, industry associations, and other relevant sourcing targets.
• Utilize third-party and proprietary databases to identify high-quality candidates.
• Document market insights gathered during the search/project process and share with project teams.
• Monitor specific markets and conduct background research leveraging research tools and business contacts.
• Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and pitches that reflect current market and client knowledge.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new hires across all functions of the firm.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a respected institution
• Experience in a service-based business, preferably within a search or consulting firm
• Exceptional Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Either current knowledge of Life Sciences or the capacity and desire to learn
