Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end executive search assignments for Board, CEO, and Executive Leadership roles
• Partner with Consultants to translate role requirements into a structured search strategy
• Identify and assess potential candidates using internal databases and external research sources
• Build longlists and talent maps with clear rationale
• Contribute to pitch preparation and proposal development
• Coordinate key project milestones across multiple searches
• Conduct structured research on organizations across relevant sectors
• Maintain accurate candidate/company records in Korn Ferry systems
• Create and manage high-quality client deliverables

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of experience in executive search research, market research, consulting, or a similar client-facing, research-heavy role
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality research outputs under time pressure
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Master’s degree in science or management from a top tier institute
• STEM graduate (BE/B.Tech. preferred)
