Responsibilities

• Support candidate identification efforts by sourcing and assessing top talent
• Conduct comprehensive industry and market research
• Collaborate with the Recruiter and Client Partner to define candidate profiles
• Lead candidate pool development through various sourcing methods
• Assist in preparing essential search documentation
• Help schedule and coordinate meetings with clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders
• Update the internal database with the latest search information
• Support the creation of marketing collateral for new business pitches
• Monitor and share relevant industry news

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a recruiting, executive search, and/or professional services environment
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; competitive intelligence/knowledge management advanced studies a plus
• Effective writing and editing skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple research projects
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
