Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walk-ins and scheduled meetings with district leaders to generate new business
- Develop and maintain partnerships with district leadership
- Conduct onsite assessments to identify staffing needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account growth
- Track competitive activity and hiring trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales position with a proven track record
