Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walk-ins and scheduled meetings with district leaders to generate new business
- Develop and maintain partnerships with district leadership
- Conduct onsite assessments to uncover staffing needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account growth
- Track competitive activity and hiring trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales position
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
