Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project deliverables
• Ensure quality assurance on recruitment activities
• Build trust with client stakeholders
• Prepare and participate in project reviews
• Conduct quality checks on data accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in recruiting
• Experience managing a recruiting team
• Strong understanding of industry practices
• Familiarity with SLAs/SOW
