Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 7 recruiters and manage day-to-day operational aspects of recruitment project deliverables
- Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
- Manage project tightly end to end, ensuring quality assurance on recruitment activities
- Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders
- Prepare and participate in project reviews with client and senior management
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organization
- Prior experience in hiring for Software Development and Business Support roles within the FinTech industry
- Proven leadership experience with developed coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
- IT literate with MS Office suite
- Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation
