Recruitment Team Lead - FinTech (Taguig, Manila)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7 recruiters and manage day-to-day operational aspects of recruitment project deliverables
• Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction
• Manage project tightly end to end, ensuring quality assurance on recruitment activities
• Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders
• Prepare and participate in project reviews with client and senior management

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organization
• Prior experience in hiring for Software Development and Business Support roles within the FinTech industry
• Proven leadership experience with developed coaching and mentoring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
• IT literate with MS Office suite
• Ability to interpret reporting data and advise on solutions for process innovation
