Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 7 recruiters
- Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage project tightly end to end
- Build trust and confidence with key client stakeholders
- Prepare and participate in project reviews with client and senior management
- Conduct ad hoc quality checks
- Ensure all systems are updated on a timely basis
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a similar field, RPO or internal with a global organization
- Prior experience in hiring for Software Development and Business Support roles within the FinTech industry
- Proven leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog
- IT literate with MS Office suite
- Ability to interpret reporting data
- Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies
