Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for CWS clients
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates
• Develop a creative recruitment strategy to identify candidates
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships
• Ensure monthly revenue targets and KPIs are met
• Update and maintain applicant tracking system data and reports

Requirements

• Ability to perform high-reaching market research and strategic sourcing methods
• Experience in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to execute recruitment strategies and articulate RPO
• Demonstrated computer proficiency
