Recruitment Quality Assurance Consultant- Remote in CST

Responsibilities

• Review individual and team performance on assigned accounts and provide recommendations for service improvement
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, SLAs, and individual performance metrics
• Enhance overall reporting process and streamline recruitment efficiency
• Conduct ongoing quality review checks as per the SLA
• Provide client and management with ongoing performance updates

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in monitoring and providing feedback in a customer-focused environment
• Experience and familiarity with recruitment and delivery metrics, ideally within an RPO environment
• High school diploma required; 4-year degree preferred
