Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Recruiters to achieve recruitment goals
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies for clients
• Conduct performance management and development planning for team members
• Analyze metrics and report to senior leadership
• Ensure team adherence to SLAs and metrics
• Forecast resourcing needs and allocate resources effectively

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Leadership experience in RPO or staffing industry
• Understanding of multiple recruiting platforms and ATS databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
