Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Recruiters to achieve recruitment goals
- Mentor and coach team members, developing performance improvement plans
- Develop and execute recruiting strategy plans for delivery clients
- Forecast resourcing needs and allocate resources effectively
- Maintain data integrity and audit team metrics
- Communicate weekly goals to sourcing team members
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Leadership experience in RPO or staffing industry
- Understanding of multiple recruiting platforms and ATS databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
