Responsibilities

• Assist in the generation of relevant resumes
• Conduct research on industry and competitor trends
• Provide recruitment reports to team leaders
• Manage sales pipeline and candidate/client data in an organized format
• Perform general administrative duties
• Work efficiently and effectively to achieve maximum results
• Complete other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently studying in a reputable university
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detailed and organized
• Ability to work in teams and excel individually
• Thrives in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Ability to take direction and demonstrate initiative
• Drive and business acumen to take responsibility for own business/desk
