Responsibilities

• Support recruitment of qualified candidates matching job requirements
• Deliver quality service across all recruitment steps
• Source new candidates using various resources and networks
• Maintain relationships with candidates and clients
• Report weekly on lead generation performance
• Research and monitor competition in the market

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of sales/recruiting experience
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask with day-to-day workflow
• Proven track record in a sales-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
