  • Schedule candidate interviews and manage travel arrangements
  • Document and track the status of engagements in the applicant tracking system
  • Develop tools and solutions for client requests
  • Provide customer service via telephone and email
  • Perform various administrative duties to support the recruiting function

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management or administrative experience
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ year of experience in a staffing, RPO, agency or corporate recruitment environment
