Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting team and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage travel arrangements
- Document and track the status of engagements in the applicant tracking system
- Develop tools and solutions for client requests
- Provide customer service via telephone and email
- Perform various administrative duties to support the recruiting function
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management or administrative experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ year of experience in a staffing, RPO, agency or corporate recruitment environment
