Responsibilities
- Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research
- Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
- Consult with hiring managers in final selections and recruitment processes
- Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
Requirements
- Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting
- Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals
- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS Office skills
