Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to companies to pitch services and represent the business.
• Source mid to senior-level candidates and become a subject matter expert in the recruitment market.
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and clients.
• Lead offer negotiations and guide both sides through the hiring process.

Additional Information

The role is full-time and permanent, located in Singapore. Candidates will undergo immersive training in their first month.
