Responsibilities

• Develop a network and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Engage with clients to identify hiring needs and secure new business opportunities
• Identify and engage top candidates through headhunting and networking
• Manage the recruitment process including interviews and feedback
• Provide post-placement support to ensure long-term success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• Strong work ethic demonstrated through academic studies, internships, or early career positions
• Two years of experience in a sales environment
