Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new direct hire opportunities across the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for direct hire roles
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment strategies
- Drive gross profit through effective client engagement
Requirements
- Experience in agency recruitment, ideally in a 360 role
- Familiarity with the Process, Infrastructure or Energy sectors
- Bachelor’s degree
