Responsibilities

• Source, hire, and place employees to match customer needs
• Analyze market trends for recruiting methods and staffing trends
• Serve as a liaison between customers and employees
• Research new business opportunities and additional services for current customers
• Enhance company image through community relationships

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources
