Responsibilities
- Source, hire, and place employees to match customer needs
- Analyze market trends for recruiting methods and staffing trends
- Serve as a liaison between customers and employees
- Research new business opportunities and additional services for current customers
- Enhance company image through community relationships
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources
