Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
• Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings
• Recruit, evaluate, and place marketing and creative professionals in full-time positions
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to increase local presence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, major in Marketing, Design or IT desired
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, public relations or creative design-related field
• Successful permanent placement recruiting experience required
