Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base for full-time placement solutions
• Source, screen, and qualify IT candidates
• Interview prospective candidates to assess skills and work history
• Select candidates to fulfill client job orders
• Maintain relationships with candidates and clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of business to business development experience
• Experience in an IT-related field preferred
• Proven closing skills
• Ability to build client relationships
