• Recruit, evaluate, and place marketing and creative professionals in full-time positions
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to increase company presence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, or creative design-related field
• Successful permanent placement recruiting experience
