Recruiting Manager, Locums

Compensation

The pay scale for this position starts at $48.08 to $60.09 per hour, equating to $100,000 to $125,000 annually, plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs and assist with issues.
• Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Utilize reporting to guide decision-making in team meetings.
• Foster a positive work environment and address team concerns proactively.
• Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining an active recruitment desk.
• Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments.
• Utilize strategic thinking to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement.
• Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals with the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years in Locum Tenens staffing
• Experience managing a recruitment team in the Locum Tenens industry
• Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
• At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
