Compensation
The pay scale for this position is anticipated to be $100,000 to $125,000 annually, plus commissions.
Responsibilities
- Hold regular one-on-one meetings with recruiters to review KPIs and assist with issues.
- Drive individual and team performance to meet and exceed performance metrics.
- Utilize reporting to guide decision-making in team meetings.
- Foster a positive work environment and address team concerns.
- Manage up to 4 direct reports while maintaining an active recruitment desk.
- Serve as an escalation point for clinician complaints and reassignments.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in team and client interactions.
- Set and track goals with the team to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in Locum Tenens staffing
- Direct experience managing a recruitment team in Locum Tenens
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- At least 3 years as a top producer in a sales position
