Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
- Recruit, evaluate, and place legal professionals in full-time positions
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
- Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participate in industry trade associations to increase presence within the local legal community
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the legal industry and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
- Business-related degree preferred; paralegal degree/certification and/or law degree a plus
