Responsibilities

• The Recruiter oversees and executes the entire senior executive recruitment process.
• They provide strategic direction for search assignments and develop research plans.
• The Recruiter is responsible for initial telephone screenings to evaluate candidates.
• They participate in business development meetings and may assist in writing position profiles.
• The Recruiter ensures accurate communication of candidate information to clients.
• They may accompany a Partner to candidate interviews for detailed evaluations.
• The Recruiter assists in reference checks and may help develop final offers.

Requirements

• A BA/BS degree is required.
• Candidates must have 4 or more years of professional experience, including experience in retained executive search.
• Experience recruiting senior candidates within the Life Sciences sector is necessary.
