Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client accounts in the construction industry
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for permanent roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline
• Analyze and match specialized skills and qualifications to client needs
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to recruit candidates
• Provide expert guidance to clients on hiring trends and workforce planning
• Balance client expectations with candidate experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction recruiting and account management
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools
