Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within professional services
• Strong understanding of professional services industries
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
