• Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned business areas
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies

• Coordinate and facilitate interview processes in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and ensure data integrity
• Extend offers and support onboarding coordination as needed
• Provide market insights and hiring updates to stakeholders
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
