Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned business areas
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels and tools
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and ensure data integrity
- Extend offers and support onboarding coordination as needed
- Provide market insights and hiring updates to stakeholders
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
