Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing to offer stage
- Build strong partnerships with the business area and candidates
- Work with the sourcing team to drive recruitment strategies
- Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology for candidate shortlisting
- Communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate recruiting solutions
- Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in a full cycle recruitment role
- Prior experience in hiring for Commercial and Supply Chain roles within the Life Sciences industry
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong organization skills
- Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Tagalog
