Responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage, and attract top talent using various tools
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through outreach and networking
• Develop meaningful relationships with candidates through calls and meetings
• Partner with Business Development Managers to align candidates with client needs
• Negotiate compensation and successfully close placements
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records for tracking and reporting
• Represent Addison Group at networking events and industry functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in the staffing or recruiting industry preferred
