JOB DESCRIPTION: Execute retained executive search mandates focused on senior leadership hiring within the Infrastructure and Value Creation sectors of private markets investing. Identify, assess, and present candidates for senior investment, operating, and portfolio leadership positions at private equity firms, infrastructure funds, and institutional investors. Manage client relationships, deliver end-to-end search processes, and provide strategic market intelligence to inform hiring decisions. Lead business development efforts, advising clients on leadership selection, organizational design, and market trends impacting Infrastructure and Value Creation functions across North America and Europe. Work with executive search, talent advisory, and recruitment consulting for clients in the financial services and private markets sectors; conducting senior-level searches for roles in investment leadership; retained search mandates for private equity, infrastructure, and asset-management clients; investment and operating models within alternative investment firms; investment and value-creation talent markets across North America and Europe; managing full-cycle retained search assignments, including mandate scoping, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation; delivering research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to support investment leadership hiring; preparing written reports and presentations summarizing talent insights, leadership structures, and organizational recommendations; cultivating and managing client relationships within the alternative investment management sector; advising clients on leadership selection, succession planning, and organizational design within the alternative investment management sector; and, contributing to revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field of study, plus eight (8) years of experience with executive search, talent advisory, and recruitment consulting for clients in the financial services and private markets sectors; conducting senior-level searches for roles in investment leadership; retained search mandates for private equity, infrastructure, and asset-management clients; investment and operating models within alternative investment firms; investment and value-creation talent markets across North America and Europe; managing full-cycle retained search assignments, including mandate scoping, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation; delivering research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence to support investment leadership hiring; preparing written reports and presentations summarizing talent insights, leadership structures, and organizational recommendations; cultivating and managing client relationships within the alternative investment management sector; advising clients on leadership selection, succession planning, and organizational design within the alternative investment management sector; and, contributing to revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
