Responsibilities

• Lead complex assessments using validated methodologies and proprietary tools
• Conduct high-impact feedback sessions with senior executives
• Serve as a subject matter expert to senior HR and business unit leaders
• Shape assessment programs for enterprise accounts
• Uphold and advance global standards for assessment quality
• Contribute to the evolution of assessment solutions and best practices
• Coach and mentor junior assessors

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in a top tier professional services firm or internal function
• Deep proficiency in executive assessment tools and leadership evaluation
• Strong familiarity with Korn Ferry frameworks or equivalent competency-based models
