- Conduct high-impact feedback sessions with senior executives
- Serve as a subject matter expert to senior HR and business unit leaders
- Shape assessment programs for enterprise accounts
- Uphold and advance global standards for assessment quality
- Contribute to the evolution of assessment solutions and best practices
- Coach and mentor junior assessors
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in a top tier professional services firm or internal function
- Deep proficiency in executive assessment tools and leadership evaluation
- Strong familiarity with Korn Ferry frameworks or equivalent competency-based models
