Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant work experience in a top tier professional services firm or internal function
  • Deep proficiency in executive assessment tools and leadership evaluation
  • Strong familiarity with Korn Ferry frameworks or equivalent competency-based models
