Compensation

$78,000 to $89,000, negotiable depending upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent above-average performance metrics.
• Provide business generation leadership and direction to direct reports.
• Participate in the recruitment of new hires.
• Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
• Lead customer retention and expansion strategies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience is required.
• Proven performance in a talent manager or director role is necessary.
• Demonstrated success in business generation and driving business development is essential.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.

• Base salary range of $78,000 to $89,000, negotiable based on experience.
• Eligible for a bonus based on achievement of performance objectives.
