Compensation
$78,000 to $89,000, negotiable depending upon experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent above-average performance metrics.
- Provide business generation leadership and direction to direct reports.
- Participate in the recruitment of new hires.
- Effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Lead customer retention and expansion strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience is required.
- Proven performance in a talent manager or director role is necessary.
- Demonstrated success in business generation and driving business development is essential.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.

Benefits
- Base salary range of $78,000 to $89,000, negotiable based on experience.
- Eligible for a bonus based on achievement of performance objectives.
