Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
• Initiate creative and scalable changes to existing recruiting strategy
• Track and analyze metrics; report on hiring progress to business leadership
• Create strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business proficiency in English
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
