Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to evaluate and assess staffing needs
• Develop and maintain active recruiting plans
• Perform internal and external recruiting activities
• Write job postings to support recruitment needs
• Evaluate and interview applicants
• Process applicants in company system maintaining documentation

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or human resources
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
