Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate and review potential IT candidates
- Interview prospective IT candidates via phone/video
- Select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Maintain ongoing contact with IT professionals on assignment
- Develop and maintain a strong database of skilled IT talent
- Develop business leads and market intelligence
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT recruiting
- Prior experience as a Robert Half Technology Senior Recruiter highly desired
- Strong desire to build a national candidate network
- Demonstrated success in business generation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
