Responsibilities

• Scope positions with clients through in-depth listening sessions
• Develop a diverse pool of candidates through research and communications
• Cultivate and evaluate prospective candidates throughout the search process
• Present candidate pools to clients via meetings
• Manage the flow of knowledge regarding candidates and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-4 years of progressively responsible professional experience
• Experience in development and/or alumni relations is a plus
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with people at all levels of an organization
