Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships for executive search engagements
- Drive new business opportunities through networking
- Lead and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate profiles
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from search kick-off to closure
Requirements
- 10+ years in a full lifecycle recruiting/business development role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with retained searches for Senior Level Leaders and C-Suite executives
