Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of client communications and engagement plans
  • Administer proprietary leadership advisory tools and assessment methodologies
  • Synthesize data from assessments and prepare client reports
  • Participate in client meetings to relay assessment and advisory findings
  • Foster business development opportunities and assist in pitch presentations

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership advisory or strategy consulting
  • Experience in corporate Human Resources Management focusing on learning and development
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Psychology, Organization Development, or Human Resources preferred
