Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of client communications and engagement plans
• Administer proprietary leadership advisory tools and assessment methodologies
• Synthesize data from multi-method assessments and prepare client reports
• Participate in client meetings to relay assessment and advisory findings
• Foster business development opportunities and assist in pitch presentations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership advisory or corporate HR management
• Experience in learning and development, assessment, or organizational culture consulting
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree in Psychology, Organization Development, or Human Resources preferred
