Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of client communications and engagement plans

- Drive engagement management and execution
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership advisory or corporate HR management
- Experience in learning and development, assessment, or organizational culture consulting
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred in Psychology, Organization Development, or Human Resources
